Immediately re-register and comply with the regulations set by Unpad,&#8221; said Unpad Deputy Chancellor for Academic and Student Affairs Prof. Arief S. Kartasasmita.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Announcement of the SMUP graduation from the Independent Pathway and Achievement Pathway has been opened on Monday (18\/7\/2022) at 17.00 WIB. The mechanisms for registering and uploading documents online for prospective new students for the Independent Track and Achievement Track in the Library and Information Science Study Program are as follows:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Registration Mechanism<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<ol class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Complete biodata and upload documents available on the website <a href=\"https:\/\/students.unpad.ac.id\/perta\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\">https:\/\/students.unpad.ac.id\/perta\/<\/a> from July 21-27, 2022, at 17.00 WIB;<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Unpad will verify the data and documents uploaded by prospective students (including KIP-Lecture applicants) from July 22 to August 5, 2022;<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Prospective students can find out the number of tuition bills on the website <a href=\"https:\/\/students.unpad.ac.id\/perta\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\">https:\/\/students.unpad.ac.id\/perta\/<\/a> and must make tuition payments through a designated bank from July 25 to August 5, 2022;<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>After payment is received, Unpad will issue an Official Proof of Being a Student and Digital KTM to the biodata page of each new student no later than August 8, 2022.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>The documents that must be uploaded online by prospective students are as follows:\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Original diploma or certificate of graduation from SMA\/MA\/SMK\/equivalent;<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Family Card (original scan);<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Original Indonesia Smart Card (KIP-Kuliah) for prospective students who have and have previously registered;<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Proof of income for both parents\/guardians who have a fixed income or Income Statement for parents\/guardians who do not have a fixed income and legalized by the local Village\/Kelurahan Head for Prospective KIP-K Students;<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Latest Electricity Account and Proof of Land and Building Tax (PBB) Payment for Prospective KIP-K Students.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>A passport photo in JPG format with a maximum size of 1MB, a white background, and wearing a shirt with a dark blazer.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Documents that must be uploaded and filled in as a requirement for Issuing NPM and KTM are as follows:\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>KTP\/Student Card (original scan);<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Birth Certificate (original scan);<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Residence coordinates;<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Documents for KIP-K Participants, which can be downloaded in full on the Unpad Students page: Download File for KIP-K Registration KIP-K Application Letter KIP-K Participant Statement Letter Application for Dormitory KIP-K Verification Form<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>BPJS card or health insurance;<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Filling in a disclaimer statement related to the results of filling in the Biodata of New Students and Parents\/Guardians of New Students;<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Participants who are not KIP Lecture recipients must upload a signed Form of Willingness to Pay Tuition Fees on stamp duty of Rp. 10,000.00 (the format can be downloaded on the Students page);<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>A statement of willingness to comply with the regulations at Universitas Padjadjaran signed on stamp duty of Rp. 10,000.00 (the format can be downloaded).<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">The following are additional procedures or conditions for registering:<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<ol class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>The uploaded registration requirements document must be in digital format (JPG or PDF) with a maximum file size of 1MB;<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Unpad will verify the documents uploaded by prospective students and will contact the mobile number or email address concerned if they find invalid documents;<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Prospective non-KIP-K students must pay tuition fees at one of the banks designated by Padjadjaran University. These banks are Bank BCA, through ATM, Teller, Internet Banking, or Mobile Banking Bank BJB, through ATM, Teller or Internet Banking Bank BNI, through ATM, Teller, Mobile Banking or Internet Banking Bank BRI, through ATM, Teller, or Bank BTN BRILink Agents, through ATMs or Bank Mandiri Tellers, through ATMs, Tellers or Bank Syariah Internet Banking (ex Bank Mandiri Syariah, BNI Syariah, BRI Syariah), through Tellers, Internet Banking, or Bank Bukopin Syariah Mobile Banking, via ATM or Teller.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Tuition fees that have been paid cannot be returned for any reason.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Student Identity Card (KTM) is given to prospective students after all conditions are met. For prospective students who do not carry out one of the terms and conditions above until the specified time limit, the person concerned will be declared resigned as a prospective Unpad
