Maraknya penggunaan media sosial sebagai media promosi mendorong pengguna untuk melakukan aktivitas online terkait merk, yaitu serangkaian aktivitas yang dilakukan pengguna media sosial untuk terlibat dengan merk atau organisasi. Keterlibatan ini disebut keterlibatan pelanggan (customer engagement). Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui hubungan<em> customer engagement<\/em> instagram @perpustakaandikbud dengan minat kunjung perpustakaan di kalangan follower aktif. Metode kuantitatif dengan pendekatan korelasional digunakan dalam penelitian ini. Sampel penelitian berjumlah 83 responden dan diambil menggunakan teknik sampling acak sederhana. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa <em>customer engagement<\/em> memiliki hubungan yang cukup dengan minat kunjung perpustakaan.<\/p>\n","protected":false},"template":"","tahun-skripsi":[31],"class_list":["post-3007","skripsi","type-skripsi","status-publish","hentry","tahun-skripsi-31"],"yoast_head":"<!-- This site is optimized with the Yoast SEO plugin v25.6 -
