Populasi dalam penelitian ini adalah seluruh pengunjung <em>Zoe Cafe and Library <\/em>yang berjumlah 84 terhitung dari bulan Januari hingga bulan Maret 2017. Sampling yang digunakan pada penelitian ini adalah Accidental Sampling. Lokasi penelitian ini adalah <em>Zoe Cafe and Library. <\/em>Metode analisis yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah analisis tabel dan penghitungan perbandingan antara persepsi dengan harapan minimum dan maksimum.
