Tujuan dari penelitian ini yaitu untuk mengetahui adakah hubungan antara kualitas layanan perpustakaan dengan kepuasaan pemustaka perpustakaan Daerah Kota Bekasi. Pengukuran kualitas informasi mengguanakan teori metode LibQUAL+™ menurut Fatmawati, 2011:69-70. Metode yang digunakan adalah metode korelasi Pearson Product Moment. Teknik pengumpulan data dalam penelitian ini dilakukan melalui kuesioner, observasi, wawancara, dan studi pustaka. Responden yang dipilih adalah anggota aktif perpustakaan Umum Kota Bekasi yang berjumlah 100 orang ditentukan dengan menggunakan teknik random sampling . Hasil penelitian ini menunjukan hubunganantara service affect, library as place, personal control dan information access perpustakaan Umum Kota Bekasi memiliki hubungan yang kuat dengan kepuasan pemustaka. This study discusses the quality of public library services in Bekasi City with the satisfaction of its users. The purpose of this study is to determine whether there is a relationship between the quality of library services with the satisfaction of library users in the City of Bekasi. Measurement of information quality uses the theory of the LibQUAL + ™ method according to Fatmawati, 2011: 69-70. The method used is the Pearson Product Moment correlation method. Data collection techniques in this study were carried out through questionnaires, observations, interviews, and literature study. The selected respondents were active members of the Bekasi City Public Library totaling 100 people determined using random sampling techniques. The results of this study indicate the relationship between service affect, library as place, personal control and information access at the Public Library of Bekasi City has a strong relationship with satisfaction of the visitors.
