Gathering and Reunion: Anniversary of Himaka Fikom Unpad in collaboration with the Library and Information Science Study Program, will hold an event titled “Ngariung in Jatinangor” to celebrate the 37th Dies Natalis of Himaka Fikom Unpad. This event will be held, on Saturday, November 5, 2022, at Bale Santika Universitas Padjadjaran, Jatinangor.
Himaka’s Dies Natalis Celebration is always celebrated annually by the Information Sciences Student Association and the Fikom Unpad Library, but the celebrations were held online due to the Covid-19 pandemic. In 2022 the situation became more conducive, and many people already miss offline activities. Therefore, celebrating Himaka’s 37th Dies Natalis is the right momentum to become a meeting point for the three main elements in the Library and Information Science Study Program: Lecturers, Students, and Alumni.
This event started at 08.30 WIB and then continued with warm talks with lecturers, students, and alumni. Apart from that, there is also a special performance during the free session. Get Well Sound is the Library and Information Science student band class of 2021 that will fill up the free session. In this session, both alumni and lecturers can participate in turn on the event by singing. Not just that, during the free session, we will have lunch together with many various street snacks, such as siomay, mie ayam, es goyobod, etc., to heavy meals with a buffet concept. Hopefully, this event can be a friendly event for the three main elements in the Library and Information Science: Lecturers, Students, and Alumni.
This activity is a Tridharma activity carried out in line with the strategic planning of the university, faculty and the applicable curriculum in the library and information science study program.
