Students of the Library and Information Science Study Program Batch 2022 held a Talkshow entitled “Modal Ngomong Dapat Cuan” on Wednesday (19/06/2024) at Laswee, Jln. Laswi No. 1, Kacapiring, Kec. Batununggal, Bandung City and broadcast live through the Youtube channel of the Library and Information Science Study Program FIKOM UNPAD. The series of talk shows was opened by the MC, followed by remarks from the Chief Executive, Chair of the Library and Information Science Study Program, and Infopreneur Course Teachers.
There were two speakers at this event, namely Agustina Eka Putri, S.I.P., M.Par., an entrepreneur and Cheryl Christie who is an influencer. Topics at this event regarding infopreneurs include the introduction of infopreneurs, strategies for utilizing social media, effective ways to build personal branding, to how to achieve maximum profit from infopreneur businesses.
The event was attended by approximately 60 participants, ranging from students to the general public. The talk show with the tagline Transform, Elevate, Inspire with Infopreneurship! was held to introduce the innovative and opportunity-filled world of infopreneurs to the audience, provide an overview of interesting and promising job prospects as an infopreneur, and teach how to build a successful infopreneur business by utilizing the power of social media.
The moderator guided the Talkshow Session starting from the first speaker, Ms. Cheryl, who discussed how to package interesting information on social media and build good personal branding. After the first speaker session was over, the second speaker, Mrs. Agustina Eka Putri, S.I.P., M.Par., shared stories of how to build a good entrepreneurial business that can develop and compete in the business realm. The session continued with a question and answer session for each speaker.
After the Talkshow session was over, the event continued with a game session with Talkshow participants with a number of attractive prizes such as bags, snacks, and free meal vouchers. The game session marked the end of the event and after the game session was over the event was immediately closed by the MC.
