Universitas Padjadjaran still offers opportunities to register for the Bachelor of Library and Information Science program through the Independent Pathway SMUP Bachelor. SMUP Bachelor Degree Mandiri registration is open until Monday (27/6/2022) at 16.00 WIB.
“To avoid difficulties in registering, if you want to join SMUP, please register right away so that it doesn’t pile up later,” said the Head of Unpad SMUP Office Ir. Anas, Ph.D.
Anas said that registration for the SMA/SMK/MA in 2020, 2021, and 2022 is open for SMA/SMK/MA graduates, including participants who still need to pass the 2022 SBMPTN.
The selection mechanism in the Independent Pathway SMUP uses two assessment bases, namely, based on UTBK results and SMUP test scores. Participants were asked to choose one of the assessment schemes, use the UTBK results or take the SMUP exam, which will be held on July 7, 2022.
“Those who do not pass the SBMPTN can participate in the Independent Entrance SMUP once. If you want to use the UTBK score, go ahead, or if you are still unsure about the UTBK results, please take the exam,” explained Anas.
Anas reminded us that participants who chose the UTBK value scheme could only choose the study program according to the selected group when registering at UTBK. It is because participants at UTBK have taken a test based on their knowledge group.
Thus, participants can only choose study programs from the selected field when participating in UTBK. “The SMUP exam has a different system so that it is possible for them (participants) to cross majors. From Soshum, they can choose Saintek or vice versa,” said Anas.
In general, the registration procedure for SMUP Bachelor of Independent Pathways is as follows:
- Examine the general and specific requirements for enrolling in the intended study program;
- Register and fill in data online through the https://penregistran.unpad.ac.id/login page by filling in the following information:
- Full name
- Resident Identification Number (NIK)
- Email address
- Phone number
- Fill in the desired password to log in to the SMUP participant portal. (Please save the password because it will always be used for every access/login to the SMUP participant portal page);
- Citizenship Data (country of citizenship).
- Input/upload original documents as follows:
- High school diploma / MA / SMK
- High school diploma for participants whose choice of study program at UNPAD is linear with majors at SMA. For those whose choice of study program at Unpad is not linear with majors at SMA (across majors) and for SMK graduates, the report card score can be filled with 0 (Zero).
- UTBK Participant Card for 2022 (for those who choose Scheme 1)
- Enter No. UTBK 2022 participants (for those who select Scheme 1)
- Recent color passport photo with white background size 3×4 cm
- Identity card
- Family card
- Pay the registration fee to the bank appointed by Unpad by printing the billing number obtained during online registration.
- The registration fee is as follows: Scheme 1: Rp. 100,000, – Scheme 2: Rp. 200.000,-
- The registration fee that has been paid cannot be withdrawn;
- Print or save the exam participant card obtained after paying on the https://penregistran.unpad.ac.id/login page.
SMUP Registrants for Smart Indonesia Card Participants – College (Kip-K)
Registration procedure:
- Register and fill in data online via the https://penregistran.unpad.ac.id/login page by filling in the following information:
- Full name
- Resident Identification Number (NIK)
- Email address
- Phone number
- Fill in the desired password to log in to the SMUP participant portal. (Please save the password because you will always use it for every access/login to the SMUP participant portal page);
- Citizenship Data (country of citizenship);
- Choose the KIP-K entry line in the interest section;
- Complete the fields in the KIP-K registration number section.
- Upload KIP-K in the document upload section.
- KIP-K registrants do not need to pay a registration fee.
- After being declared accepted at Padjadjaran University in the Applied Undergraduate/Bachelor Program through the KIP-K entry route, prospective students who are registered as KIP-Lecture participants must submit additional documents as part of the KIP-K recipient selection process to the Directorate of Student Affairs and Alumni Relations (will inform the implementation time later);
- Willing to pay the Single Tuition Fee (UKT) with a group verified by Unpad if not accepted as a recipient of the Indonesia Smart Card – College (KIP-K). Information on registration for SMUP Bachelor Degree Mandiri can be seen on the SMUP Unpad page.*
