Universitas Padjadjaran (Unpad) has officially opened the Library and Information Science S1 Independent Selection for 2022. On the official SMUP (Universitas Padjadjaran Entrance Selection) website http://smup.unpad.ac.id/, Unpad Undergraduate Independent Selection is open from March 1, 2022, to June 27, 2022.
All Indonesian Citizens (WNI) who have graduated from high school level education in 2020, 2021, and 2022 do not have to be previously registered as SNMPTN or SBMPTN participants.
There are two independent pathway selection schemes, the 1 participant scheme using the 2022 UTBK scores and the 2 participant scheme using the SMUP scores (for students graduating in 2020, 2021, and 2022).
Provisions for Unpad Undergraduate Program 2022
SMUP participants for the Independent Pathway Undergraduate Program can register by following the following conditions:
- Registrants can only choose one of the two registration and selection schemes, namely:
- Scheme 1: Participants use the 2022 UTBK scores
- Scheme 2: Participants use SMUP scores (for students graduating in 2020, 2021, 2022)
- The SMUP examination material is a Learning Ability Test (TKB), which will be conducted online.
- Applicants can choose a maximum of two study programs with the following conditions:
- Participants who use the UTBK scores for the Saintek/Sosum group can only choose two Study Programs from the Saintek or Sosum group according to the UTBK exam group they already have.
- Participants who use Mixed UTBK scores (IPC) can choose two Study Programs across science groups from the Science and Social Sciences group.
- Participants using the SMUP score can choose two Study Programs from the same or different science groups (one Science and one Sosum).
- Participants who will choose a study program different from the UTBK exam group they have taken are required to take the SMUP exam.
- Participants graduating in 2020, 2021, and 2022 from the Science or Social Sciences Department who are taking the SMUP exam are free to choose a study program according to their interests (can be across majors or scientific groups)
- The independent SMUP Undergraduate exam will be held online, which can be taken from each participant’s home on July 7, 2022.
