The research results show that knowledge transfer in the creative industry at The Hallway Space goes through a process of socialization, externalization, combination, and internalization. In the socialization stage, direct communication is conducted between the idea originator and the industry players. The externalization stage transforms ideas into a tangible form with the development of store prototypes. Then, in the combination stage, the construction of these stores is carried out, despite facing various challenges. Finally, the internalization stage develops initial ideas into new innovations, such as the routine events “Pasar Ramai” and “Pasar Kecil-kecilan”.
This scientific article has been published in Journal Educatio, Volume 10, Number 4, in December 2024. The findings of this research provide valuable insight that knowledge transfer is a crucial element in building and developing the creative industry, even amidst various challenges.
