The Library and Information Science Study Program of Universitas Padjadjaran (Unpad) won 1st place in the 64th Fikom Anniversary Instagram content competition. The award was presented during the Family Gathering event of the 64th Fikom Unpad Anniversary on September 21, 2024.
This competition was part of the 64th Fikom Unpad Anniversary activities, themed “Excellent, Useful, and Global Fikom.” The Library and Information Science Study Program displayed creative content and received high engagement, securing first place.
Lecturers and education staff of the Faculty of Communication Sciences, Unpad, participated in this competition. They created video content in various formats, such as speeches, dance, comedy, drama, animation, and other creative forms. The video duration ranged from 15 to 90 seconds. The Library and Information Science Study Program stood out with its creativity and surpassed other participants.
Assessment Criteria
The competition judged creativity (60%) and engagement, including the number of likes and comments (40%). As a result, the Library and Information Science Study Program’s content received many positive responses and high interaction, earning them the top spot.
The award was given at the Family Gathering event, a special moment for all participants and Fikom Unpad’s academic community. The winning videos are available under the hashtags #diesnatalisfikom64 and #fikomunpad on Instagram.
This achievement proves that the Library and Information Science Study Program at Unpad excels in creating innovative social media content, aligning with this year’s Fikom Unpad Anniversary theme.
