The Student Association (Himaka) of Library and Information Science Study Program, Fikom, Unpad held a Comparative Study with Hima MBTI Telkom University on Saturday (08/06/2024) from 09.00 – 15.30 WIB at the Auditorium, Postgraduate, Fikom, Unpad. This event has the theme “Together for the Better” which was attended by 175 participants from both Himaka and Hima MBTI.
The event began with the opening by the MC and then singing Indonesia Raya, Unpad Hymn, and Mars Telkom. Next were remarks by the Chairperson of Himaka Fikom Unpad and Chairperson of Hima MBTI Telkom University, as well as remarks by PIC from Himaka and Hima MBTI. Next, the event continued with the presentation of material regarding the organigram structure, introduction of department bureaus, as well as the work programs of each Hima by the Chairmen of Himaka and Hima MBTI. After that, the participants participated in a Focus Group Discussion at the Plaza Fikom Unpad.
The participants then mobilized back to the Auditorium of Fikom Unpad to jointly take part in the next series, namely the game session. The Orseni x SAC group came out as the winner. In addition, there were several nominations such as Best Group won by HRD x HRM, KPSDM, Hubin, and RDA, Himaka’s Best Participant won by Rifqi from the RDA department, and MBTI’s Best Participant won by Wahyu from the Community Development department. After the game session, participants were invited to fill in the impression of a message or menfess which was accessed through a QR Code.
Before closing the event, participants were invited to conduct documentation sessions in the Auditorium and Rectorate Room. Furthermore, after the documentation session from both parties was completed, the External Relations Department of HIMAKA Fikom Unpad guided Hima MBTI for a campus tour. The campus tour route that we took yesterday started from the science track, the middle track, and ended at the social track. During the campus tour, participants prayed at MRU Unpad.
